Red-In-Green is a new hybrid variety developed in Taiwan. This unique variety is very popular for fresh eating as well as cooking use. Fruits reach the maturity when the green skin begins to turn red. Red flesh inside at this stage is very meaty, tasty and sweet. Taiwanese love to eat and use raw just like a normal fruit, also widely used in salads.
Indeterminate plants are vigorous and productive, setting lots of fruits for a long time. This variety is strongly resistant to disease attacks and easy to grow. Each cluster can have 4-5 fruits with dark green skin, 200-300 grams in size. An excellent variety for hme gardening and fresh markets.
